How is Vaditim different from other retailers?

We source our products from independent sellers who use our platform to sell their goods.

How do we determine the price of the shoes?

The price is determined by collective work with sellers and by many factors such as rarity, size availability and condition of the shoes.

How can I find a specific shoe that I am interested in?

All of our available shoes are listed in a catalogue on our website. You can also use the search bar to quickly find a specific pair of shoes that you are interested in. If your desired size is not available, we can notify you as soon as the item is in stock – simply sign up to receive notification emails from us by clicking on the ‘you can not find your shoe?’ on the product’s page.

Are all of the products sold by Vaditim originals?

Yes, we can guarantee that all of our available products are originals.

Are all of the products sold by Vaditim originals?

‘Our own word’ certifies that the product was delivered to us in the following condition: a damaged or non-original box; scratches, scuffs or creases; used shoes, with missing parts or faded colours. You can always see a more detailed description of the condition in the product details section.

Shoes that are collectibles (6+ years old) are labelled ‘own word’.

How can I find my appropriate shoe size?

We suggest you refer to the original manufacturer’s size guide.

Can I cancel or make any changes to my order?

You can cancel your order and make any changes up until the order has been dispatched. If you have further queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support at customer.support@vaditim.com, where we will endeavour to provide you with the best solution to your requests.

I am having a technical problem with the checkout process.

If you have any problems during checkout, please contact our customer support at support@vaditim.com. We will provide support in completing your order and solve any technical issues you may have.

Why was my order cancelled?

Returns

What is Vaditim’s returns policy?

We do not accept returned products if they have been used, damaged or sent without the original hang tag. If you have any further questions or concerns with the returns process, please contact our customer support at support@vaditim.com.

Delivery

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Packages dispatched to domestic addresses will be delivered within 3-7 working days; international shipping will take 1-2 weeks.

How much does the delivery cost?

Germany : 7,50 EUR incl. 19% VAT
EU countries: 25,00 EUR incl. 19% VAT
Worldwide: 35,00 EUR 19% VAT

Can I order to an address other than my billing address?

We are not able to do this at this time.

After receiving the package, the product will be checked for damages. If everything is fine, you will receive the full refund of the original price within 14 working days. Shipping costs are not included.

Will customs and duties be included for international orders?

No.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, a signature confirmation is required with each delivery.

What forms of payment does Vaditim accept?

Depending on your region, the Vaditim online shop accepts the following: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Sofort überweisung.
